Quote requests

When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, property location, requested services and notes. Please provide only information needed to discuss your property and the work you want quoted.

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss the work and arrange services if you decide to proceed. Submitting a request allows us to contact you about that request; it does not book an appointment or subscribe you to newsletters or other marketing emails.

Storage and delivery

Quote requests are stored in the website’s private request archive and an email notification is sent to oldfashionedlawncare209@gmail.com. Each saved request has a reference, submission date and inquiry status. The website hosting provider and email provider process information as needed to operate these services. Website administrators, the hosting provider and people who handle inquiries for Old Fashioned Lawn Care may have access to information needed for those purposes.

ActiveCampaign and follow-up

We may also send quote requests to ActiveCampaign, our customer relationship management provider, to organize inquiries and follow-up. When this connection is enabled, it receives the contact and property details you submit, the request’s reference and submission date, the page used, and any campaign labels or Google click identifiers included with the request. These records help us respond to the inquiry and connect it to its source. Submitting the form does not automatically enroll you in an email newsletter or other marketing campaign.

Security and spam prevention

The website uses security checks to help prevent automated spam and abusive submissions. Basic spam protection uses a short-lived, salted hash of the connection’s IP address; the quote form plugin does not store the raw IP address. Our hosting and email providers may separately keep ordinary service and security logs. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

Advertising sources and analytics

The request includes the page it was submitted from and any campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content) or Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid) present in that page’s URL. Missing identifiers are left empty. These details help us connect inquiries to their source; they do not by themselves confirm a booked or paid job.

The quote form does not create tracking cookies or add Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking tags or ActiveCampaign site tracking. This website does not currently use those tracking tools. This policy will be updated if they are added.

Cookies and external links

Website administration may use essential login or security cookies. This site does not currently use advertising cookies. Links to phone or email services open the service you choose to use; those providers have their own privacy policies.

Your information

We retain quote requests for business follow-up and recordkeeping until we review them for removal. Contact us if you would like to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify the request and retain information needed for active services, records or applicable obligations. Please do not submit card numbers, payment details or other sensitive information. We do not sell quote-request information.
